خطوة تاريخية في العلاقات الكندية-السورية تواصلت وزيرة خارجية كندا، أنيتا أناند، مع وزير الخارجية السوري، السيد أسعد الشيباني، في خطوة تهدف إلى إعادة فتح قنوات الحوار بين البلدين بعد سنوات طويلة من الانقطاع.
وتؤكد هذه المبادرة حرص الطرفين على تعزيز التعاون، ودعم احتياجات الشعب السوري، ومعالجة الملفات الإنسانية، وتهيئة الطريق أمام خطوات أكثر فاعلية في المستقبل.

A historic step in Canada-Syria relations: Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand has reached out to Syrian Foreign Minister Mr. Asaad Al-Shibani, in a step aimed at reopening channels of dialogue between the two countries after many years of interruption.
This initiative affirms both sides’ commitment to strengthening cooperation, supporting the needs of the Syrian people, addressing humanitarian issues, and paving the way for more effective steps in the future.

Une étape historique dans les relations Canada-Syrie : La ministre canadienne des Affaires étrangères, Anita Anand, a pris contact avec le ministre syrien des Affaires étrangères, M. Asaad Al-Shibani, dans une démarche visant à rouvrir les canaux de dialogue entre les deux pays après de nombreuses années d’interruption.
